Terms of Use

Terms for TrackBTC reports, APIs, and intelligence work.

TrackBTC is a product of Merino Advisory PTE. LTD. These terms apply when you use the public site, public reports, paid reports, bounded API access, enterprise data, custom intelligence, proof-of-reserve readiness, or operational and security review services.

Acceptance and updates

By accessing or using TrackBTC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site, reports, API, or services.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Separate written agreements, order forms, or statements of work control if they conflict with these public terms.

What TrackBTC provides

Reports and public pages

TrackBTC publishes Bitcoin behavior reports and may provide paid reports about addresses, transactions, entities, wallet groups, visible activity patterns, reserve evidence, and operational workflows.

API and custom work

Bounded API access, enterprise data, custom reports, custom intelligence, proof-of-reserve readiness, and operational or security reviews are limited-access services and may require additional written terms.

Informational use only

No professional advice

TrackBTC reports and services describe on-chain evidence, analysis, confidence, and limits. They are not legal, accounting, tax, compliance, investment, trading, custody, security, or operational advice.

No source-of-record reliance

Do not treat TrackBTC as an authoritative source of record. You are responsible for independent review before making production, compliance, trading, custody, reserve, disclosure, security, or operational decisions.

Data and analysis limits

Blockchain data

Bitcoin data, balances, transactions, labels, wallet groups, behavior rankings, clustering, and related analysis may be incomplete, delayed, redacted, approximate, inferred, or wrong.

No determinations

TrackBTC outputs are not determinations of identity, ownership, control, solvency, reserves, wrongdoing, compliance status, transaction purpose, or future behavior.

Accounts, API keys, and paid work

Access credentials

If you receive account access, API credentials, private report access, or partner materials, you must keep them secure and may not share, resell, sublicense, or publish them without written permission.

Paid reports and scope

Paid work is scoped to the accepted question, package, or written engagement. Fixed-price report payments are listed in USD and are processed through Stripe Payment Links where checkout is offered. The Refund and Delivery Policy controls ordinary report delivery, cancellation, and refund terms unless a written order form, statement of work, or written confirmation says otherwise.

Delivery, refunds, and privacy

Digital report delivery

Basic Ranked Behavior, Transaction / Address Intelligence, Analyst, and Pro reports are delivered digitally by email or private report link after intake, any required scope review, and payment are complete. There are no physical goods, shipping methods, or return shipments.

Refund and delivery policy

Report refunds, cancellations, delivery timelines, and duplicate-payment handling are described in the Refund and Delivery Policy.

Privacy policy

Customer, order, report intake, payment metadata, support, and site information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Support

For support, billing, report delivery, refund, cancellation, or privacy questions, email support@trackbtc.bot.

User materials and permitted use

Materials you provide

You are responsible for addresses, transactions, entity names, documents, workflow descriptions, reserve materials, and other information you provide. You must have the right to provide those materials.

Prohibited use

You may not use TrackBTC for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, harassment, threats, doxxing, unauthorized surveillance, scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing rate limits, credential sharing, or resale of outputs without permission.

Ownership and confidentiality

TrackBTC materials

TrackBTC, the site, report formats, analysis methods, interfaces, APIs, generated public pages, and related materials are owned by Merino Advisory PTE. LTD. or its licensors.

Private engagements

Custom intelligence, private reports, private evidence packets, and integration materials may be confidential and subject to additional written terms. Do not disclose them unless the applicable terms allow it.

Third-party services and availability

Third-party data and links

TrackBTC may rely on public blockchain data and may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or errors.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, remove, redact, limit, or discontinue any public page, report, API, dataset, feature, package, or service at any time unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

As-is service

TrackBTC is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merino Advisory PTE. LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, trading, custody, compliance, disclosure, or operational damages arising from TrackBTC.
