How TrackBTC handles customer, report, and payment information.

TrackBTC is a product of Merino Advisory PTE. LTD. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the public site, request reports, buy reports, or contact support.

Payment information

Where card checkout is offered, payments are processed by Stripe. TrackBTC does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may provide payment metadata such as payment status, receipt details, billing contact information, and dispute or refund status.

Information collected

Contact and order information

Name, company, email address, support messages, report package, payment status, invoice details, and other information needed to handle a purchase or support request.

Report intake information

Wallet addresses, transaction IDs, entity names, workflow descriptions, reserve materials, documents, notes, and other context you provide for a report or scoped engagement.

Public blockchain data

TrackBTC uses public Bitcoin blockchain data and public report outputs to produce behavior reports, paid reports, and related analysis.

Site and security information

Basic technical logs, browser information, page requests, error reports, and security information may be collected to operate the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose issues.

How information is used

Deliver reports and services

Information is used to scope requests, prepare reports, deliver report access, support API or custom engagements, and respond to questions.

Operate payments and support

Information is used to process payments, issue receipts, review refunds, handle disputes, maintain records, and provide customer support.

Improve and secure TrackBTC

Information may be used to maintain site reliability, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve report workflows, and protect report access.

Legal and compliance needs

Information may be used to comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, resolve disputes, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety.

Sharing and retention

Service providers

Information may be shared with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication tools, professional advisers, and other vendors who help operate TrackBTC.

No sale of personal information

TrackBTC does not sell customer personal information. Private report materials are not published unless the applicable written terms allow it.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to deliver services, maintain records, handle disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.

Requests

Email support@trackbtc.bot for privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests.

Security

The public site uses HTTPS when served from trackbtc.bot. Card information is handled through Stripe-hosted payment infrastructure where checkout is offered. Customers should not send private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, or signing credentials to TrackBTC.
