TrackBTC sells digital Bitcoin intelligence reports and scoped services. There are no physical goods, shipping methods, or return shipments.
Prices are listed in USD. Card payments are processed through Stripe where checkout is offered. TrackBTC does not store card numbers.

Basic Reports are delivered as a digital report by email or private report link after intake is complete.
Expanded Reports are delivered as a digital report package by email or private report link after intake is complete.
API access, custom intelligence, proof-of-reserve readiness, and operational or security reviews are delivered according to the written scope, order form, invoice, or statement of work.
Delivery timelines start when intake is complete. Missing wallet, transaction, entity, workflow, access, or contact information can delay delivery.
Refunds are generally available when TrackBTC cannot support the request, when a duplicate payment is made, or when a customer cancels before report work has started.
Because reports are digital analytical work, delivered reports are generally not refundable unless the applicable written terms say otherwise or TrackBTC agrees in writing.
One-off report orders can be cancelled for a refund before work starts. API access, custom intelligence, proof-of-reserve readiness, and review engagements follow their written cancellation terms.
Email support@trackbtc.bot with the purchase email, report package, payment date, and reason for the request.
Contact support before filing a card dispute so TrackBTC can review the purchase, delivery status, refund eligibility, and any access issue. This helps resolve mistaken or duplicate payments faster.
