Digital access, cancellation, and transaction support.

1. Digital delivery

Invited reviewer access begins only after TrackBTC manually approves a registered, email-verified account. Registration alone permits browsing the current alerts and does not grant full report access. Reviewer access has no subscription charge or automatic renewal, so there is no reviewer-access payment to cancel or refund. TrackBTC may revoke reviewer access. The payment, cancellation, and refund provisions below apply to paid subscriptions.

The current subscription price is USD $1,000 per month for one named seat, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. Access begins after TrackBTC verifies an active subscription. While the subscription remains active, the Named User may access the current report library and reports published during that period.

Monthly and four-hour describe report formats and do not guarantee a publication schedule or minimum report count. If access does not appear after payment, contact support@trackbtc.bot with the account email and transaction date. Do not send full card details or security codes.

2. Managed Payments and refund requests

The subscription is sold using Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC acts as merchant of record for transactions using that service. Link handles transaction, subscription, and refund support within Managed Payments. TrackBTC handles account access, report delivery, and report-content questions.

Use the support route shown in your Link transaction record or visit Sold through Link support for transaction or refund help. You may also contact TrackBTC, and we will cooperate with Managed Payments by providing relevant delivery or access information.

The applicable Managed Payments or Link refund policy controls if it provides a remedy broader than this Policy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Neither a request nor the fact that a report was or was not opened guarantees a particular outcome.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel through the billing interface made available by Stripe or Link. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the current billing period, unless a refund, dispute, failed payment, provider action, legal requirement, or other loss of active status ends access sooner.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not by itself reverse a completed charge. We may change the price prospectively after advance notice; you may cancel before a changed price applies.

4. Delays, interruptions, and discontinuation

Reports and access are supplied on an as-available basis and may be delayed, interrupted, changed, corrected, withdrawn, or discontinued. An ordinary temporary interruption does not create a promised refund, service credit, or access extension, subject to applicable payment-provider rules and mandatory law.

If TrackBTC permanently discontinues Operational Reports, there is no guaranteed archive, service credit, access extension, or separate voluntary refund. Where reasonably practicable, TrackBTC may give advance notice. Any refund or other remedy remains governed by Managed Payments, Link, and mandatory law.

5. Failed payments, refunds, and disputes

A failed payment may prevent renewal or end access. A refund, charge reversal, or payment dispute may end access to the affected subscription. TrackBTC may preserve records needed to address the transaction, delivery, dispute, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.
