Challenge an association, number, or explanation.

1. Who may request a correction
If you believe an entity association, measurement, or explanation in content controlled by TrackBTC is materially incorrect, email support@trackbtc.bot. You do not need to be a subscriber.
Identify the report or public statement, the disputed wording or number, why you believe it is wrong, the correction you request, and any supporting information. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, exchange passwords, signing credentials, or personal data that is not needed for the review.
2. Review process
We review credible requests against the relevant completed period, calculation, wallet-group coverage, association wording, and information reasonably available to us. We may ask for clarification or evidence. A request alone does not establish an error.
We do not promise a fixed response time. Review time depends on the issue, evidence, and need to preserve account, security, confidentiality, or third-party rights.
3. Possible outcomes
After review, TrackBTC may leave the content unchanged, add context, qualify an association, correct a number or explanation, withdraw controlled wording, or supersede the item with a later version. We will tell the requester the outcome where reasonably practicable and lawful.
An entity association remains qualified unless the available information supports a different conclusion. A correction to analysis does not alter the underlying Bitcoin blockchain record.
4. Material corrections
If we determine that controlled content contains a material factual error, we will correct the presentation we control and add a dated correction or supersession note that explains the material change. We may preserve prior versions and review material for integrity, dispute, security, accounting, and legal purposes.
Related reports or public summaries may be updated at different times. A corrected controlled page is authoritative over an earlier copy, screenshot, cache, or republication maintained by someone else.
5. Limits and privacy
We do not promise removal of an accurate public Bitcoin record, removal of material controlled by others, or acceptance of a requested wording. TrackBTC applies its Privacy Policy to personal data in a correction request and may redact unnecessary personal or confidential material from a public note.
